
If you have a portable video device (Video iPod) choose the ::MP4 (digital download) format. For MP3 players choose the ::MP3 (digital download) format and for other home media devices, choose either the DVD (which, includes a FREE MP4 & MP3 version of the workout for you to load on your Video iPOD) or CD products and we will deliver it to your door.
WHAT'S A HYBRID DVD
A Hybrid DVD is new technology that makes your everyday DVD disc into something that you can play on your computer as well. When you play it through your home computer, it lets you download the workout files to your MP3 or MP4 device (e.g. iPOD). So not only do you get a DVD workout on the disc, but you aloso get an audio workout and a video workout for your video iPOD.
When you buy selected workout programs on DVD (Hybrid DVDs), you will also get the MP3 and MP4 version of that workout free - A saving of over $33.00. That means that you can play the DVD on your home player, or install the MP3 audio file on your iPOD, or the MP4 file on your Video iPOD.

Insert the DVD into the DVD drive on your computer. Close the player if it starts automatically and explore the disc. (IE users go to Start --> My Computer. Right click the DVD drive and select Explore. Mac users click on the DVD icon on your desktop.) Double click on the 'Start_here.html' file and follow the instructions.

UPLOAD DIGITAL DOWNLOADS TO YOUR MEDIA DEVICE (e.g. iPOD)
FITNESS-TO-GO provides personal training programs for everybody. You can download the programs to your Video iPOD, 3G or 4G iPod, iPod Photo, iPod Mini, or Shuffle.
TO INSTALL:
Purchase and download the appropriate program of your choice, e.g coretogo.mp4
TO ENABLE IPOD AS HARD DISK:*
1. Connect iPod to your computer.
2. Select iPod in the iTunes source list and click options button.

3. Select 'Enable disk use'.
When iPod is used as harddisk, iPod icon appears on the desktop on Mac, or as a next available drive letter in Explorer on Windows PC.
TO COPY FILES TO IPOD:
Drag the correct file to the appropriate folders on your iPod, or Open iTunes and click 'File' from the drop-down list, choose 'Add file to library..."
For Automatic iPOD settings:
Your file will be automatically added to the video folder on you iPOD.
For Manual iPOD settings:
Drag the file from your iTunes library to your iPOD, it can then be found in your video folder.
TO DISCONNECT IPOD:
Macintosh: Drag the iPod icon on the desktop to Trash.
Windows PC: Click Safely Remove Hardware in the Windows system tray and click ipod.
iTunes: Click the 'Eject' iPod button in the bottom right corner of iTunes.
